MOCWC Scholarship Award

The purpose of the Missouri Christian Women Connection Scholarship is to assist Missouri Church of God women in attending a Church of God college for undergraduate and/or graduate studies.

One scholarship in the amount of $500 will be given annually.  The amount awarded each year may vary depending on funds available.

The scholarship will be awarded to the applicant who has regularly attended a Church of God in Missouri at least 80% or more during the previous twelve months prior to applying. Those applicants who are reapplying or already attending college must also attend a Church of God at least 80% or more during the previous twelve months prior to applying.   (Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration by the Scholarship Committee.)

Applicants must re-apply yearly and include the attached application along with a current transcript.

Applicants must carry a minimum of 12 semester hours and maintain a GPA of 3.0.

The Scholarship Committee will conduct a personal interview with each applicant.

The application deadline for the fall semester is February 1.

These guidelines will be reviewed annually by the Scholarship Committee and any changes are upon the approval of the Missouri Christian Women Connection Executive Committee.
